Predicament and Improvement Measures of Ideological and Political Education in Local Undergraduate Colleges

大学生思政教育是地方本科院校社会主义文化建设的重要内容。文章从经费、师资和教学方式三个方面分析了地方本科院校思政教育的困境,讨论了改进思政教育的措施:加强思政教育的认识,加强思政教育队伍的建设,建立稳定专业的辅导员队伍,将思政教育贯彻专业教育的始终。

Ideological and political education plays an important role in construction of socialist culture of local undergraduate colleges.This paper analyses the predicament of Ideological and political education in local undergraduate colleges from three aspects:funds,teachers and teaching methods,and discusses the improving measures:strengthening the understanding of Ideological and political education,enhancing the construction of Ideological and political education team, establishing a stable professional counselor team,and implementing ideological and political education throughout the professional education.
