高校创新人才培养模式探讨

摘要 长久以来,本科人才培养存在以“学生为中心”和“教师为中心”不同观念的争论。教师与学生是教育教学改革或教育关系构建的内在要素,为了全面提升人才培养质量和促进人才发展,需要从本质上弄清两者的关系。本文从数学角度提出了一种新模式——椭圆式法,借此,再现了师生关系本质,重释了人才培养的本真、对改革教学管理或是创新教育教学方法提供指导作用。 For a long time,there has been a controversy about the different concepts of “student-centered” and “teacher-centered” in undergraduate talent training.Teachers and students are the intrinsic elements in the reform of education and teaching or the construction of educational relations.In order to improve the quality of personnel training and promote the development of talents in an all-round way,it is necessary to clarify the relationship between them in essence.In this paper,a new model named elliptic model,is proposed from the mathematical point of view,which reproduces the essence of teacher-student relationship,reinterprets the authenticity of personnel training,and provides guidance for the reform of teaching management or innovative education of teaching methods.
