无砟道床具有精度高,平顺性好,耐久性好的结构特点,成为现代高铁和轻轨轨道结构的发展趋势。以无砟道床工程的建设为例,探讨铁路无砟道床的关键施工工艺,分析准备工作、安装方法、轨排调试等工艺运程,可供从业者借鉴。

Ballastless track bed has the characteristics of high precision, good smoothness and good durability, which has become the development trend of modem high-speed rail and light rail structure. Taking the construction of ballastless track bed as an example, this paper discusses the key construction technology of railway ballastless track bed, and analyses the preparation work,installation method, and track debugging process, which can be used for reference by practitioners.
