破乳增效型有机硅消泡剂的制备及其在渤海稠油油田的应用

Preparation of Demulsifying Synergistic Silicone Defoamer and its Application in Bohai Heavy Oil Field

以复合聚醚改性硅油为主剂,配合增效剂和快速扩散剂,制备了一种消泡效果良好且具备协同破乳增效性能的新型有机硅消泡剂,并在渤海某注聚稠油油田进行了现场应用。测试结果表明,采用该新型消泡剂后,消泡剂加注浓度由110mg/L降至29mg/L,破乳剂加注浓度由120mg/L降至83mg/L,节约了成本,具有良好的应用和推广前景。

A novel silicone defoamer with good defoaming property,synergistic demulsification and synergistic performance was prepared by using composite polyether modified silicone oil,synergist and fast diffuser,which was applied in a heavy oil field in Bohai.Results show that the injection concentration of defoamer decreases from 110 mg/L to 29 mg/L,and the injection concentration of demulsifier decreases from 120 mg/L to 83 mg/L after use the new defoamer in oil fields.It proves to be cost-saving,and has good application and prospective promotion.
