摘要
雄性不育在植物界普遍存在,利用雄性不育可简化制种程序。随着科学家对植物花药和花粉发育分子调控机制的深入研究,通过人工创制番茄花粉败育型雄性不育突变体已成为可能。综述了番茄花粉败育与环境、能量代谢、分子机制等方面的关系,以期为番茄花粉败育型雄性不育基因工程研究提供参考。
Male sterility commonly exists in the plant kingdom,and the use of male sterility can simplify the seed production process of plants.With the in-depth studies on the molecular mechanisms of regulating plant anther and pollen development,it has become possible to artificially create pollen-abortion-type male sterile tomato mutants.This paper reviews the relationships between tomato pollen abortion and environment,energy metabolism and molecular mechanism,in order to provide reference for the genetic engineering researches of pollen-abortion-type tomato male sterility.
