富硒茶多糖对耐力训练大鼠不同组织ATPase活性的影响 被引量:2

摘要 研究了富硒茶多糖对耐力训练大鼠不同组织ATPase活性影响。结果表明:运动加药组与运K^+动组比较,Na^+,K^+-ATPase、Ca^2+-ATPase,Mg^2+-ATPase,活性上升,且有显著性差异或极显著性差异,运动至疲劳的时间延长18.39%。说明富硒茶多糖可维持运动训练疲劳大鼠大脑、肝脏、股四头肌、肾脏和心脏5种组织Na^+,K^+-ATPase、Ca^2+-ATPase、Mg^2+-ATPase活性,稳定细胞内环境,维护细胞的正常功能,提高大鼠的有氧运动水平,具有较强的抗疲劳作用。 The effects of selenium-enriched tea polysaccharide on the activity of ATPase in different tissues of endurance-trained rats were studied.The results showed that:in comparison with the exercise group,the activities of Na^+-ATPase,K^+-ATPase,Ca^2+-ATPase and Mg^2+-ATPase of rats in the exercise plus medicating group were significantly or extremely significantly increased,and the time from exercise to fatigue was extended by 18.39%.It is indicated that the selenium-enriched tea polysaccharide can keep the activities of Na^+-ATPase,K^+-ATPase,Ca^2+-ATPase and Mg^2+-ATPase in 5 kinds of tissues (brain,liver,quadriceps,kidney and heart) of endurance-trained rats,stabilize the intracellular environment,maintain the normal functions of cells,improve the aerobic exercise level of rats,and have a strong antifatigue effect.
