摘要
以库尔勒市为例,运用主成分分析法从土地自身的资源条件、发展优势、发展潜力、市场需求等多方面对未利用地转型驱动作用进行了分析,为未利用地最优转型途径的实现提供了理论基础。研究结果表明:未利用地转型的驱动因素可归纳为经济发展水平、资源利用强度、产业结构、气候资源、人口压力5个方面,库尔勒市未利用地转型的关键因子为气候条件,其次为产业结构和粮食作物生产情况,且库尔勒市未利用地转型驱动因子的作用有增强趋势。
The driving effects of land resource condition,developmental advantage,developmental potential,market demand and other aspects on the transformation of unused land in Korla city were studied by using principal component analysis,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the realization of the optimal transformation approach of unused land.The results showed that the driving factors of unused land transformation could be summarized into the following five aspects:economic development level,resource utilization intensity,industrial structure,climatic resource and population pressure.The key factor affecting the transformation of unused land in Korla city was climatic condition,followed by industrial structure and food crop production status,and these driving factors of unused land transformation in this city had an increasing effect.
