洪水实时调度是水库遭遇大洪水时的实际操作过程,调度直接影响防洪效益的发挥和水库建筑物的安全,是对水库防洪调度原则的现实检验。结合白盆珠水库建库以来发生的洪水特点及实时调度情况,通过实时调度和设计调度的分析比较,研究洪水实时调度的合理性,同时对水库防洪调度提出相应的对策和建议,为水库遭遇大洪水提供调度参考。

Real time flood dispatching is the actual operation process of large flood,related to the effectiveness of flood the safety of reservoir buildings,and the principle of flood dispatching for Baipenzhu reservoir can be tested through it.According to analysis and comparison of real time scheduling and design scheduling in 8.16 flood,the rationality of real-time flood dispatching are studied,which will provide the basis for the reservoir flood dispatching,then corresponding measures and suggestions are put forward for reservoir flood dispatching.
