摘要
分析了提高IF钢的冷轧压下率、调整Ti和Nb含量等方式对IF钢平面各向异性性能及后续深冲过程制耳的影响。结果表明,冷轧压下率从70%提高至82%,IF钢的各向异性性能得到改善;在冷轧压下率为82%时,加入适量Nb元素代替部分Ti,Δr和r值下降的同时制耳指数增加;制耳是塑性应变比和平面各向异性度综合作用的结果。
The effects of increasing cold rolling reduction rate and adjusting Ti and Nb contents on the plane anisotropy and earing of IF steel were analyzed.The results show that the anisotropic properties of IF steel are improved with the increasing of cold rolling reduction ratio from 70% to 82%;when the reduction ratio of cold rolling is 82%,the appropriate Nb is added to replace partial Ti,and the values of Δr and r decrease while the earing index increases.Earing is the combined effect of plastic strain ratio and plane anisotropy.
