摘要 针对轴承钢GCr15铸坯低倍组织缺陷问题,通过六西格玛质量管理方法对其进行改善,运用DOE试验对确定的连铸工艺参数电搅电流、结晶器水量等关键因子进行优化,寻找最佳目标,实现对过程质量控制薄弱点进行持续改进。经验证,连铸坯低倍缺陷率较试验前大幅降低。 Six Sigma quality management method was used to improve the macrostructure defect of bearing steel GCr15 billet.DOE test was used to optimize the key factors such as stirring current,mold water volume in order to find the best target and realize the continuous improvement of the weak points of process quality control.It has been proved that the low-time defect rate of continuous casting slab is greatly decreased before the test.
