摘要 介绍了钢包下渣自动检测及控制系统的原理及在河钢邯钢重轨生产中的应用。随着高附加值产品的开发及批量生产,钢包下渣自动检测成为对钢水质量控制的重要技术之一。它可以降低操作工劳动强度,提高生产的自动化水平,提高连浇炉数,提高钢水收得率及纯净度。 This paper describes the principle of ladle slag automatic detection and control system and its application in Hansteel.With the development and mass production of high value-added products,the automatic detection of ladle slag has become one of the important technologies to molten steel control the quality.It can reduce the labor intensity,improve the automation level of production,increase continuous casting heats and improve the yield and purity of molten steel.
