摘要
针对高速钢M2冷带热处理后硬度低的问题,对其淬回火态和退火态进行了成分、硬度、组织、脱碳、氧化等指标分析,认为退火态氧化层厚为主要原因。通过优化生产工艺,增加砂带抛次数,控制退火态冷带氧化层≤0. 02 mm,有效改善了因氧化脱碳引起的热处理硬度低的现象。
Aiming at the low hardness of M2 cold strip after heat treatment,the composition,hardness,structure,decarbonization and oxidation of quenched,tempered and annealed steel were analyzed,and the thickness of annealed oxide layer was considered as the main reason.The low hardness after heat treatment can be effectively improved by optimizing production process,increasing the number of abrasive belt throwing and controlling the annealed cold zone oxide layer ≤ 0.02 mm.
