摘要
针对1 250 mm单机架六辊可逆轧机生产0. 2 mm及以下薄规格带钢产品时,末道次跑偏问题,分析了原因并提出了治理措施。认为设备安装精度偏差、张力测量不准确、来料的楔形等因素都会引起带钢的跑偏。通过定期测量调整设备安装精度、标定张力测量装置、优化轧辊辊型在合理的偏差范围内、设定合适的道次张力等措施,解决了带钢跑偏问题,为同类型跑偏问题的治理提供了经验。
Aiming at the problem of last pass deviation in the production of thin strip products with 0.2 mm or less by 1 250 mm single stand six-roll reversible rolling mill,the reasons are analyzed and the control measures are put forward.It is considered that the deviation of installation accuracy,inaccurate tension measurement and wedge shape of incoming material will cause strip deviation.By periodically measuring and adjusting the installation accuracy,calibrating the tension measuring device,optimizing the roll shape in reasonable deviation range and setting the appropriate tension of the passes,the strip deviation is solved,and the experience for the similar deviation treatment is accumulated.
