摘要
为提升城市交通安全管理水平,对道路交通安全主动管理策略进行探讨。在研究国内外道路交通安全形势分析和发达国家及地区的道路交通安全发展历程与经验的基础上,以深圳市为例,基于道路交通事故数据分析和经验对照分析,识别交通事故时空分布特征,研判道路交通事故成因及交通安全问题。从速度管理、容错设计、隐患分析、主动预警、应急救援、管理机制等方面提出深圳市道路交通安全主动管理的对策与建议。
To improve traffic safety level of Shenzhen, traffic safety proactive management methods are discussed. On the basis of abroad and domestic traffic safety situation analysis. Taking Shenzhen as an example, by means of traffic accident data analysis and comparative analysis of experience to identify spatiotemporal characteristics and point out cause of accident and traffic safety problem. Giving countermeasures and suggestions for traffic safety management from aspects of speed management, fault tolerance design, hidden danger analysis, proactive security warning, emergency rescue and emergency rescue.
