摘要
为探讨地震易发区的道路规划和建设方法,以芦山县为例,通过从路网多方向可达、道路安全性评估、尊重生态三方面提出地震易发区道路规划的准则,保证地震易发区道路系统的系统性、可靠性和生态性。此外,还提出了四项保障措施保证灾害发生后道路的可靠性:提高道路建设标准、分区完善交通整治指引、分类别进行沿线安全防护设计和道路差别化实施。结果表明:该交通规划建设体系能更好地服务地震易发区人民的出行,创造更安全、绿色的出行环境。
Lushan County is taken as an example to explore the method of road planning and construction in earthquakeprone areas. Three guidelines for road planning in earthquake-prone areas are proposed, including multi-directional accessible road network, road safety evaluation and respect for ecology to ensure the systematism, safety and ecology of road network. In addition, four safeguard measures to ensure the reliability of roads after disaster are proposed: higher standard in road construction, traffic improvement measures by region, classified safety protection design along the road and different road maintenance methods. The results prove that the transportation planning and construction system can serve people in the earthquake-prone areas better and create a safer and greener travel environment.
