摘要 为更好地实现上海城区精细化管理,通过介绍目前上海“智能信号灯”和悉尼自适应交通控制系统(sydney coordinated adaptive traffic system,SCATS)的应用情况,分析了两者之间的关系。结果表明:上海“智能信号灯”的方案实时性更高,应对突发事件能力更强,有利于上海SCATS系统发挥更好的效果。 To realize the fine management of Shanghai urban area,introducing the applications of “intelligent signal lamp” and SCATS in Shanghai , and relationship of those two systems are analyzed. The results show that the scheme of Shanghai “intelligent signal lamp” has higher real-time performance and stronger ability to deal with emergencies than old systems, which has a good effect on Shanghai SCATS.
