河北省港口集疏运体系发展分析

Development of Port Collection and Distribution System in Hebei Province

为充分利用河北省沿海港口资源,促进区域经济社会发展,对全省港口集疏运体系发展进行了分析。通过总结河北省沿海港口集疏运体系发展现状和存在问题,分析未来主要货类发展趋势,研究提出加强港口规划与城市规划统筹衔接、优化完善集疏运综合运输通道、构建集约高效绿色集疏运体系、完善港口与后方集疏运通道衔接等发展对策,并从组织协调、规划引领、政策支持等角度提出相关措施建议。

In order to make full use of the port resources in Hebei Province and promote the development of regional economy and society, this paper analyses the development of port collection and distribution system. By summarizing the present situation and existing problems of the centralized and evacuated transport system of the coastal ports in Hebei Province, analyses the development trend of the main cargo types in the future, studies and puts forward some development countermeasures, such as strengthening the integration of port planning and urban planning, optimizing and perfecting the integrated transport channel of centralized and evacuated transport, constructing an intensive and efficient green centralized and evacuated transport system, perfecting the connection between the port and the rear centralized and evacuated transport channel, and put forward suggestions on relevant measures from the perspectives of organization and coordination, planning guidance and policy support.
