摘要
以CH3COOH/HNO3/KMnO4硝酸插层体系(样品A)和H2O2/H2SO4/KMnO4硫酸插层体系(样品B)两种可膨胀石墨为研究样品,通过对两种样品的膨胀性能、光谱特征进行分析测试,对比研究了膨化性能的差别及产生原因,并进一步测试了毫米波衰减性能。结果表明:样品A膨化所需热量小于样品B,在低于500℃膨化时样品A的膨胀能力要优于样品B,而高于500℃膨化时样品B的膨胀能力优于样品A;毫米波衰减能力上,在500℃以下膨化时样品A优于样品B,500~700℃差别不明显,而在800℃以上膨化时样品B优于样品A。
Two types of expandable graphite, marked as sample A (CH3COOH/HNO3/KMnO4 as oxidative intercalations) and samples B (H2O2/H2SO4/KMnO4 as oxidative intercalations), were used as research samples in this paper. By testing and analyzing expansion properties and spectral features of the samples, a comparative study of expansion properties of samples was conducted, and the causes for the different results had been analyzed. Furthermore, the attenuation of the millimeter wave was also tested in the study. The results showed that the heat required for the expansion of sample A was less than that of sample B. The expansion ability of sample A was better than that of sample B as being expanded at a temperature below 500℃. However, when the temperature went above 500℃, the result was contrary to the previous one. With regards to millimeter wave attenuation ability, sample A was better than sample B when being expanded at a temperature below 500℃, while between 500℃ to 700℃ the difference was not obvious. And, as the temperature went above 800℃, millimeter wave attenuation ability of sample B was better than that of sample A.
