圆筒式尾气温差发电系统的设计与试验 被引量:1

摘要 为了节约能源提高汽车尾气利用率,应用塞贝克效应,为汽车排气系统设计了一套圆筒式汽车尾气温差发电系统,通过理论计算得到该系统的热电转换效率约为4.59%,用在大货车上一年可以节省超过800 L燃油。搭建了尾气温差发电试验台,试验结果表明,当发动机正常运行,该圆筒式尾气温差发电系统冷热两端达到一定温差时,产生的电压和电流可供车载电器和蓄电池有效使用,该发电装置设计合理,达到了节能效果,具有较好的应用前景。 In order to save energy and to effectively utilize the waste heat from automobile exhaust gases,a cylindrical exhaust thermoelectric generator(TEG) system was designed with the Seebeck effect applied.The thermal power conversion efficiency obtained is about by using the theoretical calculation and more than 800 L fuel can be saved in one year. Finally,a TEG test rig was built. The test results show that,when the engine is running normally and the temperature difference between the hot and cold ends of the cylindrical TEG system reaches a certain value,the generated voltage and current can be used effectively by the vehicle electric appliances and the storage battery. The proposed system has a reasonable design,improves the energy efficiency and therefore has a good application prospect.
