Upgrading and Reconstruction of Heavy-haul Hot Metal Transportation Railway at SGIS

以韶钢重载铁水运输铁路升级改造实践为例,分析了木枕结构轨道不能满足120t铁水罐车超轴重运行原因,通过提升铁路等级标准、优化平面布局等系统升级改造,解决了120t铁水罐车超轴重运输的线路设备安全问题,提高铁水运输安全保障能力,满足韶钢炼钢铁水供应"一包到底"、"分次调铁"运作需要。

Taking the upgrading practice of heavy-haul hot metal transport railway at SGIS as an example,this paper analyzed the reasons why the sleeper structure track could not meet the over-axle load operation of 120t hot metal tanker.By upgrading the railway level standard and optimizing the plane layout,the safety problem of the line equipment for the over-axle load transportation of 120t hot metal tanker was solved,and the safety guarantee ability for the transportation of hot metal was improved to meet the steel-making requirement of SGIS and hot metal supply of "one ladle for all process" and operation of "hot metal control by stages".
