摘要
核心力量的训练是跳水运动员必备的一项基本素质。核心力量的训练对于提升跳水运动员技术水平、强化其自身的体适能状况,具有极为重要的作用。为提升跳水运动员体适能,我们可以借助核心力量提升确保跳水运动员身体环节相互迎合,肌肉系统有效锻炼。
Core strength training is an essential quality for diving athletes. The training of core strength plays an extremely important role in improving the technical level of divers and strengthening their physical fitness. In order to improve the physical fitness of diving athletes,we can use the core strength to enhance and ensure that diving athletes’ physical links cater to each other and their muscular system exercises effectively.
