教育均衡发展视角下小学课外体育活动现状调查研究——以滨城区小学课外体育活动为例

Investigation on Primary School Extra Curricular Sport Activity Status under the Perspective of Education Balanced Development——Take Extra Curricular Sport Activities in Bincheng Primary Schools as An Example

在《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》中确立,实现教育均衡发展是当前主要任务,是整个教育范围内的核心主题。为了促进小学课外体育活动均衡发展,文章采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法等在教育均衡发展视角下就滨城区小学课外体育活动开展现状进行调查研究发现:体育教师与学生比值严重失调、各学校课外体育活动的运动项目存在明显的差异、体育场地数量和器材分配明显不均衡等。因此,为其实现各学校课外体育活动均衡发展以及促进学生终身体育意识的形成,教育部门可以建立由中央到市区的直达拨款通道、完善教育资源评价机制、提高对课外体育活动的重视度、加强体育师资建设等,促进各学校课外体育活动均衡发展。

In the outline of the national medium-and long-term education reform and development plan( 2010-2020),it is the current main task to establish the balanced development of education,which is the core theme of education. In order to promote the balanced development of the school extracurricular sports activities,using the literature material law,questionnaire survey method,interview method,etc.,this paper makes investigation on the primary school extracurricular sports activities in Bincheng District under the view of education balanced development and makes the following conclusions: teachers are insufficient considering the number of students;sport activities varies a lot among schools;and the distribution on sport facilities are not balanced obviously.Therefore,to realize the balanced development of the school extracurricular sports activities and promote the formation of students’ consciousness of lifetime sports,education departments may set up direct funding channels from nation to cities,perfect the education resources evaluation mechanism,improve attention on extracurricular sports activities,and strengthen the construction of sports teacher,etc. The aim is to promote the balanced development of the school extracurricular sports activities.
