基于SWOT分析运动训练专业乒乓球专项学生的发展——以北京体育大学为例

Development of Table Tennis Specialized Students Based on SWOT Analysis——Take Beijing Sports University as An Example

本文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、逻辑分析法等对北京体育大学运动训练乒乓球专项学生的发展进行SWOT分析。从客观的角度出发,在分析此类学生发展优劣势的基础上,结合地方优势和学校政策为乒乓球专项学生提供机遇,同时面临国家政策和复合型人才带来的竞争压力,结合学生自身情况全面考虑学生发展的实际问题。

This paper uses the methods of literature,questionnaires,logic analysis and so on to conduct SWOT analysis on the development of table tennis majors in Beijing Sport University. From an objective point of view,on the basis of analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of such students,combining local advantages and school policies to provide opportunities for table tennis special students,and facing the competitive pressure brought by national policies and compound talents,this paper makes overall consideration on the practical issues of student development combined with their own condition.
