湖北省第十二届大学生运动会健美操运动员现状分析

摘要 本文通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、录像分析法等,对湖北省第十五届运动会群众体育类(高等院校)暨湖北省第十二届大学生运动会健美操比赛进行调查分析,研究发现:湖北省高等院校健美操比赛参与度不高;竞技健美操运动员技术水平存在明显差异,大众有氧类的多人项目竞争力更为激烈;运动员缺乏科学有效的的训练;运动员对健美操项目的了解不全面,缺乏理论知识的学习,并提出了以下建议:(1)加大宣传力度,将比赛成绩纳入学校年度综合评估中,高校领导提高重视;(2)将大众健美操纳入到高校健美操的教学内容中,采用混合式教学方法,普及健美操理论知识;(3)加强教练员的业务培训,制定科学的训练计划,开展合理有效的健美操训练;(4)创办健美操单项赛,促进高校间学习与交流,丰富运动员的比赛经验。 This paper investigates and analyzes the mass sports( higher institutions) of the 15th Provincial Games of Hubei Province and the aerobics competition of the 12 th College Games of Hubei Province through literature research,questionnaire survey, video analysis and other research methods. The participation of aerobics competitions in higher education institutions in Hubei Province is not high;the technical level of competitive aerobics athletes is obviously different,and the multi-person project of mass aerobics is more competitive;athletes lack scientific and effective training;athletes are aerobics programs. The understanding is not comprehensive,lack of theoretical knowledge. It puts forward the following suggestions: 1) increase the propaganda,incorporate the results of the competition into the annual comprehensive evaluation of the school,and arise the attention of university leaders;2) incorporate the mass aerobics into college aerobics In the teaching content,adopt the mixed teaching method to popularize the theoretical knowledge of aerobics;3) strengthen the coaches’ business training,formulate scientific training plans,and carry out reasonable and effective aerobics training;4) establish single games to promote intercollegiate learning and communication and enrich the athletes’ experience in competition.
