上海市浦东新区小学与丁松乒乓球俱乐部合作模式研究

Study on the Cooperative Mode of Shanghai Pudong Primary Schools and Dingsong Table Tennis Club

浦东新区金英小学、三林镇中心小学、进才实验小学作为浦东新区乒乓球特色传统学校,与"丁松乒乓球俱乐部"相合作开展乒乓球专项化教学训练和竞赛的合作与互动,这样开展乒乓球专项化教学训练一是为了增强学生身心健康,二是为了上海市培养选拔优秀的乒乓球后备人才。本文运用文献资料法、实地调查法、数理统计法,针对上海市浦东新区小学与丁松乒乓球俱乐部合作模式研究,提出结论:丁松乒乓球俱乐部和小学合作发展日益紧密,丁松乒乓球俱乐部和浦东新区小学在课余支持方面有着多渠道的合作,浦东新区小学对丁松俱乐部也从各个方面提供了支持,丁松俱乐部和浦东新区小学在合作方面还存在一些问题,根据浦东新区小学和丁松俱乐部存在的问题和合作现状,针对性的提出了合理化建议:积极完善合作的系统性,加强和家庭的合作,重视乒乓球人才体育和智力的健全发展。希望通过本文的研究,能够为俱乐部和学校的合作提供更好的建议,为今后该俱乐部和浦东新区中小学的合作与互动能够更好地开展提供思路上的启发和借鉴。

The cooperation and interaction between 3 primary schools in Pudong Area( Jinying Primary School,Sanlin Town Central Priamry School,and Jincai Experimental Primary School) and Dingsong Table Tennis Club on table tennis specialized training and competition is of great importance on promoting physical and mental fitness of pupil,and selecting elite reserved talents for Shanghai. By applying the method of literature,field survey,and mathematical statistics, the paper puts forward the following conclusions on this cooperative mode: their cooperation is close with various cooperative channels and support from one another;meanwhile,there are also some problems. Related rational suggestions are also put forward: executing systematical cooperation;enhancing collaboration with families;and focusing on the overall development of talents. It is hoped that this study could offer better suggestions for their cooperation,and provide enlightenment and references for the better cooperation and interaction of the 2 parts.
