群目标分异下我国职业体育目标整合机制研究

Research on Chinese Professional Sports Target Integration under the Group Targets Differentiation

本文以目标管理理论为工具,分析了我国竞技体育职业化过程中群体分化过程,以及群体分化过程所引发的群体目标分异现象。在竞技体育职业化的过程中,利益群体由二元利益群体演化为五元利益群体,为了更好的促进职业体育的发展,整合群体目标,以职业俱乐部主导的经营利润最大化目标,能够实现职业体育的可持续发展。

The paper analyzes group split in the process of China’s competitive sports professionalization and the group target differentiation caused by the split by means of the MBO theories. During the process of competitive sport professionalization,the dual interest group has been transferred to pentabasic interest group. In order to achieve the constant development of professional sport,the group target should be adjusted to fit the profit maximization goal of professional clubs.
