从唐诗宋词中管窥唐宋女子体育发展特点及启示

Study on the Characteristics of Women Sports in the Tang and Song Dynasties and Its Enlightenment from Poems

本文采用文献资料法对涉及体育活动内容的唐诗宋词进行分析,通过对这一具有代表性时期女子体育的主要内容和社会影响因素进行总结和归纳,探讨唐宋时期女子体育的特点,即运动项目的社会性、运动人群的阶级性、运动时间的节令性和运动需求的客观性。并提出对我国当代的借鉴价值:注重民族传统体育的发展;积极开展节假日体育活动;重视女子体育的发展,以期为我国体育史和女子体育的研究提供借鉴和参考。

This paper uses the method of documentation to analyze Tang and Song poems related to sports activities,summarizes the main contents and social factors of women sports in this representative period,and discusses the characteristics of women sports in Tang and Song Dynasties,namely,the sociality of sports events,the class nature of sports crowd,and so on. The regularity of sports time and the objectivity of sports needs. It also puts forward the reference value for our contemporary: paying attention to the development of traditional national sports;actively carrying out holiday sports activities;and attaching importance to the development of women sports. The purpose is to provide reference and reference for the study of sports history and women sports in China.
