基于社会生态理论的体育人口影响因素与促进路径

Influencing Factors and Promotion Path of Sports Population Based on Social Ecological Theory

通过文献资料法、数据调查法、专家访谈法,运用社会生态理论分别从微观、中观、宏观环境中探索体育人口的影响因素,构建了体育人口的影响因素模型。微观环境的影响因素主要为体育观念、场地设施、体育技能;中观环境的影响因素主要为社会关系、体育制度、社区文化;宏观环境的影响因素主要为体育政策、体育文化、教育理念。针对上述影响因素提出了体育人口的促进路径:强化体育技能,推进设施开放;塑造社会关系,营造社区文化;转变教育理念,完善相关政策。

Through the literature data method, data survey method and expert interview method, the social ecological theory is used to explore the influencing factors of sports population from micro, meso and macro environment, and the influencing factors model of sports population is constructed. The influencing factors of the micro-environment are mainly sports concept, venue facilities and sports skills;the factors affecting the meso-environment are mainly social relations, sports system and community culture;the main factors affecting the macro environment are sports policy, sports culture and education concept. For the above-mentioned influencing factors, the promotion path of sports population is proposed: strengthening sports skills, promoting facilities opening;shaping social relations, creating community culture;changing educational concepts and improving relevant policies.
