摘要
偏远和特殊环境下的测井作业,受地域、交通等限制无法进行资料的及时处理,如今随着数字化油田的建设,使得现场测井数据实时回传至监控中心成为可能。详细描述了远程测井系统的设计及实现过程,利用虚拟专用网络(virtual private network,VPN)技术建立井场与监控中心的通信,建立测井监控、数据管理客户端和数据管理服务器三个模块,使用异步套接字和多线程网络通信进行数据传输,确保传输过程中数据的完整性和正确率。实现井场测井数据实时回传至监控中心,并根据需要在监控中心同步显示测井曲线,做到边测井、边传输、边处理,保证监控中心对测井现场的实时监控和指导以及对测井资料的实时处理解释,加快勘探开发进程。
The logging data in the operation under remote and special environment cannot be processed in time because of the limitation of region and transportation. It will be possible for the log data on sites to be transferred back to the monitoring center in time with the construction of the digital oilfields. The design and implement of remote logging system in details,hereby was described,with virtual private network technology,the communication between the well site and monitoring center is realized. Three modules of logging monitoring,client of data management and server of data management are built. The socket communication is adopted for data transmission,which can ensure the completeness and accuracy of the log data during the data transmission. And the log data on sites can be transferred back to the monitoring center in time and can be displayed in log well synchronously in the monitoring center as needed. So that the data transmission and data process can be realized during the well logging,that is to ensure the real-time monitoring and guidance of the monitoring center and to speed up the exploration and development process.
