摘要
为准确分析航空渐开线花键副的动态啮合力,考虑了渐开线花键齿形因素,通过建立渐开线花键各齿几何形状的数学模型,推导出航空渐开线花键副在考虑x、y方向振动的情况下各齿齿廓上各点的动态坐标,进而求解出齿的啮合变形量和动态啮合力大小,采用MATLAB分析了振动对航空渐开线花键副动态啮合力的影响。结果表明:提出的计算渐开线花键副啮合力的方法,在给定正弦规律的振动情况下,啮合力和啮合力矩呈周期性波动,其周期与振动周期密切相关;在运行过程中并非所有花键齿全部受力,且受力大小并非全部相等,为设计高性能、高精度以及高强度的航空渐开线花键副提供了准确的动态力计算方法。
In order to accurately analyze the dynamic meshing force of the aviation involute spline pair,a mathematical model of the tooth geometry of the involute spline was established with the consideration of the influence of the involute spline tooth shape factor. The dynamic coordinates of each point on each tooth were derived in a condition of considering the vibration in the x and y directions. As a result,meshing deformation and force of each tooth were obtained by means of MATLAB,and then the influence of vibration on the dynamic meshing force was analyzed. It is concluded that according to the method for calculating the involute spline pair meshing force proposed,the meshing force and the meshing moment are fluctuated periodically,and the period is closely related to the vibration period. Not all spline teeth are subjected to mesh during operation course,and the magnitude of the force is not uniform. The analysis results provide accurate methods for calculating dynamic forces,which is conducive to the design of high performance,high precision and high strength aviation involute spline pairs.
