摘要 通过FLUENT软件的气液两相流混合模型,研究了负载系数对"自蒸发"驱动液态金属磁流体发电通道内湍流特性和发电性能的影响。结果表明,在边界层内,负载系数影响湍流强度和平均壁面摩擦系数的大小。在中心流区域,沿流动方向上,在通道3/4处的横截面上,湍流强度呈"M"形分布,且负载系数越大,曲线变化越大。输出功率关于负载系数呈抛物线变化,效率与负载系数呈近似线性关系。输出功率的模拟值与理论值比较一致,误差在1. 29%~4. 6%。 The gas-liquid two-phase flow mixing model of FLUENT software was used to scrutinize the influence of the load factor on the turbulence characteristics and power generation performance of the"self-evaporation"driving liquid metal magnetohydrodynamics generator channel. Results indicate that in the boundary layer,the load factor affects the turbulence intensity and the average skin friction coefficient. In the flow direction,at the cross section at channel 3/4,the turbulence intensity is "M"shaped. Furthermore,it is revealed that the bigger the load factor,the bigger the curve changes. The output power varies parabolically with respect to the load factor,and the efficiency is virtually linear with the load factor. The simulated value of output power is consistent with the theoretical value and the error value varied in the range between 1. 29%~ 4. 6%.
