玄武岩纤维粉煤灰橡胶混凝土力学性能试验研究 被引量:11

摘要 对玄武岩纤维橡胶混凝土设计了正交试验,对其力学性能进行测试并与普通混凝土对比,分析橡胶颗粒取代率、玄武岩纤维和粉煤灰掺量对混凝土28 d抗压、劈裂抗拉和抗折强度的影响。结果表明:橡胶颗粒取代率5%,玄武岩纤维掺量4 kg/m^3,粉煤灰掺量15%时,混凝土各项性能最佳。随橡胶颗粒取代率增加,混凝土抗压强度显著降低;而掺入玄武岩纤维使抗拉和抗折强度有较大幅度提升;最后从玄武岩纤维对混凝土类材料增韧阻裂机制进行了讨论。 Orthogonal experiment method was applied to analyze the mechanical properties of basalt fiber reinforced rubber concrete with fly ash. The influence of rubber particle replacement rate,basalt fiber content and fly ash replacement rate on 28 d compressive strength,splitting tensile strength and flexural strength of concrete were analyzed and compared with the normal concrete. The results show that the concrete strength reach the maximum when the rubber particle replacement rate is 5%,the basalt fiber content is 4 kg/m^3,and the fly ash replacement rate is 15%. The compressive strength of concrete decreases significantly with the increase of rubber particle replacement rate. While the tensile and flexural strength of concrete increase obviously with the increase of basalt fiber content. Based on the experimental research,the toughening and cracking mechanism of basalt fiber on rubber concrete was analyzed.
