摘要
建立用高效液相色谱测定水性涂料中游离甲醛含量的方法。将水性涂料用水稀释并提取,提取液经2,4-二硝基苯肼(DNPH)衍生后,用高效液相色谱法测定其中的游离甲醛含量。外标法定量测定时,甲醛标准溶液的峰面积与甲醛质量浓度在0~4.0716μg/mL范围内呈现良好的线性关系,其线性回归方程为A=714.36C+25.955,线性回归系数(R2)为1,方法的检出限为0.005μg/mL。相对标准偏差为0.54%~4.72%,回收率范围在95.0%~103.3%之间。
A method for the determination of free formaldehyde in waterborne coatings by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was developed.Samples were diluted with water and extracted,then the free formaldehyde in waterborne coatings was derivatized with 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine(DNPH)and determined by HPLC with external standard calibration method.It has good linear correlation between the peak areas of formaldehyde standard solution and formaldehyde concentration with a dynamic linear range of 0-4.071 6 μg/ mL.The linear regression equation is A=714.36C+25.955,the linear regression coefficient(R2)is 1.The detection limit of this method is 0.005 μg/mL.The relative standard deviation is 0.54%-4.72%,and the recovery range is between 95.0% and 103.3%.
