摘要
作为东南亚的劳务输出大国,菲律宾的职业教育与培训体系发挥了重要作用,这均得益于正确的战略制定与法规保障.菲律宾的职业教育与培训与普通高等教育属并行结构,其分3种非正规培训模式:基于培训中心的培训、基于社区的培训和基于企业的培训.随着社会发展与技术进步,菲律宾制定颁布了国家资格框架制度,以帮助学习者实现学分转换系统,打通基础教育、技术教育及高等教育之间的通路.未来,均衡社区培训中心分布、提升职业教育师资水平,加强与劳动力市场关联等将成为菲律宾职业教育与培训的发展趋势.
As a major labor exporter in Southeast Asia, the Philippines vocational education and training system has played an important role, which benefits from the correct strategic formulation and legal protection.Vocational education and training in the Philippines is a parallel structure with general higher education. It has three informal training modes: training-centre-based, community-based and enterprise-based. With the development of society and technology progress, the Philippines has formulated and promulgated a national qualification framework system to help learners achieve credit conversion and easy access to basic education,technical education and higher education. In the future, balancing the distribution of community training centers,improving the level of vocational education teachers, and strengthening the ties with the labor market will become the development trend of vocational education and training in the Philippines.
