中国云南省与越南老街省稳步发展合作

On Cooperation of Yunnan Province of China and Lao Cai Province of Vietnam

文章认为研究中国云南省与越南老街省边境地区稳步合作与发展,应置于国际、地区背景、两国国情、两国关系当中,同时把中国云南省与越南老街省发展规划战略定位,置于两国发展规划战略框架下予以考察。在此基础上,就推进边境地区稳步发展与合作提出一些建议。

On the basis of studying related materials,undertaking actual inspection and communicating with administrators and scholars,this article comes to a conclusion that it is necessary to consider international and regional background,Sino-Vietnamese national conditions and both countries’ relations when exploring the cooperation between Yunnan Province China and Lao Cai Province Vietnam.At the same time,Yunnan Province and Lao Cai Province need to consider Sino-Vietnamese development strategic framework when formulating Yunnan and Lao Cai’s development strategic framework.On this base,this article offers some suggestions,aiming to put forward border regions’ cooperation steadily.
