摘要 高管团队背景特征对企业社会责任具有很大的影响。在高管团队背景特征对企业社会责任的影响过程中,将盈利能力,财务状况及上市时间作为控制变量,进行研究,发现高管团队的背景特征包括学历、海外经历和大饥荒经历等对企业履行社会责任有重要影响。 The background characteristics of top management team have a great impact on corporate social responsibility. In the process of the influence of the background characteristics of the top management team on corporate social responsibility, the profitability, financial situation and listing time are taken as control variables to study. It is found that the background characteristics of the top management team, including educational background, overseas experience and famine experience, have an important impact on corporate social responsibility.
