摘要 目的研究新型Lumicyano试剂一步式荧光502显现技术原理,实验验证其有效性,显著优化传统502手印显现应用,彻底改变现有502显现后处理方式,大幅提升适用客体的显现效果。方法创新应用技术,使用高真空手段,与传统方法效果深入比较,分析优化浓度、温度、湿度及时间等显现关键要素,单因素实验比较寻找出最优工作模式。结果首次实现502胶水与荧光染料的无缝结合显现,成功显现出粗糙、多色背景、反光、陈旧及热敏纸等多种疑难客体表面手印。结论高真空Lumicyano一步式荧光502显现可一次性完成熏显及荧光着色,有效解决背景干扰、纹线浅淡、对比度低等问题,避免二次染色中冲刷、浸泡及粘附对手印特征破坏的风险,切实提升现场关键痕迹物证采集能力,有效应对物证检鉴工作面临的新挑战,为广大基层实践提供实用新技术。 Objective To study the principle of the one-step luminescent development method with the new lumi-cyano reagent,optimize the application of cyanoacrylate,change the post-processing of cyanoacrylate development,and improve the developing effect of fingerprints.Method The high vacuum was used creatively in the new method.Compared with the traditional method,the key factors in developing such as agent concentration,temperature,humidity and time,were optimized by single-factor experiments to find the best working mode.Results With the perfect combination of cyanoacrylate and fluorescent dyes,difficult latent fingerprints on thermal papers,rough,multi-colored,reflective and old objects were developed successfully for the first time.Conclusion The high vacuum one-step lumi-cyano method can complete the development and fluorescent staining process in one single step.It effectively solves the problems of background interference,pale lines and low contrast,and avoids potential damages to fingerprints due to erosion,immersion and adhesion during the secondary dyeing.The new method enhances the collection rate of difficult fingerprints,providing technical reference for forensic practice.
