十九大报告提出优先发展教育和教育现代化要求,教育现代化是解决教育不平衡不充分发展的重要途径,为贵州高等教育现代化尤其是教育思想现代化发展提供了重要的理论支持。作为经济落后地区,贵州始终致力于穷省办大教育,十九大报告提出的优先发展教育为贵州高等教育发展带来契机,寻找高等教育与地方社会、经济的切入点,办出自己的特色,为地方发展提供智力支持和人才保障是贵州高等教育现代化的首要任务。

The report of the Nineteenth National Congress puts forward the priority of developing education and education modernization,and education modernization is an important way to solve the problem of inadequate education imbalance,having provided important theoretical support for the modernization of higher education,especially the modernization of educational thought in Guizhou.As an economically backward region,Guizhou has always been committed to running perfect education in a poor province.The priority of developing education proposed by the report of the Nineteenth National Congress has brought opportunities for the development of higher education in Guizhou.It is the primary task of higher education modernization in Guizhou to look for entry points for higher education and local society and economy,develop its own characteristics and provide intellectual support and talent guarantee for local development.
