复元视角下精神康复者的社会支持与社会工作介入

Social Support and Social Work Intervention of Patients Recovered from Mental Illness from the Perspective of Recovery

相较于传统治疗模式,复元理念因在精神康复实践应用中有良好成效而受到西方主流国家认可。本研究运用质性研究以广州F区精神康复中心社会工作者的实践为研究前提,通过参与式观察并访谈6名社会工作者及9名精神康复者。研究发现,当社会工作者在复元理论的导向下对9位精神康复者进行干预,协助患者构建良好社会支持网络时,他们展现正向的复元效果。

Compared with the traditional treatment mode,the concept of recovery is recognized by mainstream Western countries for its good results in the application of mental rehabilitation practice.This study used qualitative research to study the practice of social workers in the mental rehabilitation center of Guangzhou F District,and interviewed 6 social workers and 9 patients recovered from mental illness through participation-based observation.The study found that when social workers intervened in the 9 patients recovered from mental illness and assisted them in building a good social support network,they showed positive recovery effects.
