草原丝绸之路视野下“一带一路”人文交流基础的构建

Structures on Humanistic Exchanges Foundation under the Vision of the Grassland Silk Road

草原丝绸之路是丝绸之路的一个重要组成部分,是丝绸之路的主干线之一。考古发现在我国的北方草原上新石器时代就有着明显的文化交流迹象。从斯基泰人最早开辟了草原交流之路,到元朝时达到鼎盛阶段,再到明清近现代以来出现的万里茶路,使草原丝绸之路不仅是开辟最早,也是发挥作用时间最长的商贸与人文交往通道。当前,我国提出建设“中蒙俄经济走廊”,不仅是历史发展的必然选择,也是在当前国际关系、经济发展、科技进步下的正确抉择。在“中蒙俄经济走廊”的建设过程中,民心相通无疑是关键一环,沿线国家和人民的认可与参与建设关系到这一倡议的最终实现。因此,在开展基础设施建设的同时,挖掘草原丝绸之路文化遗产,搭建沿线国家人民的人文交往通道。通过文化交流,实现国与国、民与民之间的相互理解与认同,最终实现民心相通,从而保障中蒙俄经济走廊建设目标的最终实现。

The Grassland Silk Road is an important part of The Silk Road, one of the trunk line. On the grassland of northern China, there exists obvious cultural exchange during the neolithic age. The Scythians opened up the earliest the grassland Road, and the Yuan dynasty reached its peak, Tea Road of Ten Thousand Miles appeared in the Ming and Qing dynasties, so that The Grassland Silk Road is the earliest opened up and been working the longest period. At present, our country proposed China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor, which is the inevitable choice of historical development and based on status of international relations, economic development and scientific and technological progress. Strengthened People-to-people Ties is the key in the process of corridor structure, because we have to gain acceptance and participation of peoples in countries along the belt and road. Therefore, we should research cultural heritage of The Grassland Road, build the human interaction channel of peoples in countries along the belt and road while carrying out infrastructure construction. Through cultural exchanges,it must achieve that mutual understanding and identification between countries and between peoples along the belt and road move towards Strengthened People-to-people Ties, and then to ensure the implementation of the China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor.
