Willa Sibert Cather (1873-1947) is an outstanding American writer of the 20thcentury. Her "Nebraska Prairie" novels are also known as the pioneering novel series because of the special experience of European immigrants in the United States. The female characters portrayed by Cather in the novel have become the focus of the critics because of their distinctive characters and deeply rooted in the hearts of the people. However, In My Antonia, she also depicts the mental transformations of male thoughts with representatives, that is, from "marginalizing" subject to "marginalized" object with expounding how the male character as the subject can get rid of the influence of the patriarchal system, and experiencing the process of dilemma and confusion, finally achieving the ecological proximity to women and nature, reaching a reconciliation with women and nature. Under the awakening and inspiration, with women together, they began the reconstruction of ecology and e human spiritual home.
