福州马尾港进出港及码头靠泊注意事项

摘要 福州马尾港区位于闽江下游,台湾海峡西岸,航道复杂曲折、水流急、弯头大、来往船只多,并多有浅点,码头潮差大。在靠离码头时,经常会遇到如泊位前后安全距离短,大潮汛涨潮进港靠泊速度过快,码头附近进出港船舶的影响及船员配合不当等问题。若经验不足,操纵不当将造成船舶紧迫甚至失控局面。笔者在此抛砖引玉,根据几种不同环境下的船舶靠离泊作业方式,阐述其注意事项,以供同行参考借鉴。 The mawei port area of Fuzhou is located in the lower reaches of minjiang river, the west bank of Taiwan strait. Minjiang waterway complicates and twists, with high water flow, large elbow, numerous vessels and shallow points, and Large tidal range of wharf. When berthing and unberthing, We often face short safety distances from the front and back ships, Spring tide flood tide berthing speed is too fast, Influence of ships entering and leaving Port near Wharf and improper Cooperation of crew and so on. If the experience is not enough, the improper handling will cause the ship to be urgent and even out of control. In this paper, according to the methods of ship berthing and berthing in different environments, the author expounds the matters needing attentio. For reference of peers.
