以二元制本土化推进职业教育改革——以福建船政交通职业学院为例

Promote the Reform of Vocational Education with the Localization of German Dual System with the Example from Fujian Chuanzheng Communications College

随着我国经济发展和产业结构升级,职业教育人才培养进入供给侧改革的新时代。本文提出以德国职业教育的二元制模式的本土化来推进职教改革的方法,提高人才培养质量,从而服务我省交通运输行业转型升级。

TWith the development of our national economy and the upgrade of our industrial structure, the training of talents in vocational education has entered into the new ear oriented to the supply-side reform. This paper provides the way to localize the mode of dual system in German vocational education to promote the reform of vocational education, in order to improve the quality of the training of talents and serve for the transformation and upgrade of the transportation industry in Fujian Province.
