Analysis on the Military Physical Teaching and Training in NCO Academy under the Actual Combat Reform

在分析目前士官院校军事体育教学训练实战化改革过程中存在意识层面、制度层面、教学训练内容、教学条件、教员队伍等方面突出问题的基础上,就如何加强士官院校军事体育实战化教学训练进行思考,并提出一些解决策略与建议。

Based on the analysis of existing problems of con sciousness,system level,teaching content,teaching conditions,teachers etc.it analyzed about the teaching and training in NCO academy under the reform of actual combat.Some solutions and suggestions were put forward,which based on ways to strengthen actual combat teaching and training in NCO academy.
