摘要
运用文献资料,实地调研,逻辑分析等方法,对“以竞赛为中心”的实践内涵进行深入剖析。研究表明:以“竞赛为中心”就是“以运动员为主体,以竞委会办赛为依托,以竞赛场馆(地)运行为基础,以满足竞赛客户群服务需求”为工作的逻辑基点,以时间与事件管理为主线,创新实践举措,构建运行高效、顺畅的协调、指挥、服务保障机制是保证竞赛组织目标实现的关键。
This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the practical connotation of competition as the center by means of literature,investigation and logical analysis.Researches have shown thatthe logical basis of the practical work ofcompetition as the center issetting up the dominant position of an athlete,relying on competition committee running games,based on the competition venue run,satisfying the demands of competition customers;Taking time and event management as the main line,practice innovative,constructing efficient and unhindered coordination,command,service mechanism are all the keys to guarantee the goal realization of the competition organization.
