Problems and Countermeasures of Men′s Seven-person Rugby after Entering Olympic Games

针对当前我国男子七人制橄榄球运动发展问题以及相关影响因素提出了对策建议:转变思想观念、加强政策引导和支持力度,改革管理机制、加强场地、设施经费投入,强化专业培训、推进人员专业化程度提高,推动媒体宣传、增强社会知晓度和参与度以及加强沟通交流,加大项目市场推广力度。

This paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions aiming at the development of men's seven-player rugby in China.Suggestions are that it should change ideas,strengthen policy guidance and support, reform the management mechanism,strengthen the investment of the venues,facilities,strengthen professional training,advance the degree of personnel specialization,promote the media publicity,enhance social awareness and participation,strengthen communication in the ditch,and increase the promotion of the project market.
