王云五系列语文辞书是现代汉语语文辞书现代化进程中颇具特色的辞书家族,《王云五大辞典》则属于我国现代辞书发展初期阶段的典型代表。释义是辞书编纂的关键环节,从直训和义界两个角度六个层面逐次分析《大辞典》的字词释义方式,并将其与其他代表性语文辞书进行纵向对比,目的是总结不同时期代表性辞书的类型差异和整体规律。

A series of Wang Yunwu's dictionaries are the distinctive dictionary family in the modernization process of modern Chinese dictionary.Wang Yunwu Dictionary is the typical representative in the early stage of modern Chinese dictionary development.Definition is a key part of dictionary compilation.This paper makes a sequential analysis of word definition ways on the basis of two angles of Zhixun and Yijie and six levels,and makes a longitudinal comparison of it and other typical dictionaries,so as to make a summary of the type differences and general rules about the representative dictionaries in the different periods.
