大学生无聊倾向与手机依赖的关系:有中介的调节模型

The Relationship Between University Students’ Boredom Tendency and Their Dependence on Mobile Phones: A Mediated Moderation Model

采用问卷法对410名大学生进行心理测量,探索大学生无聊倾向与手机依赖的关系,以及自我概念清晰性、时间效能感在其中的作用机制。结果发现:大学生的无聊倾向对手机依赖有显著正向预测作用;大学生的无聊倾向与手机依赖之间的关系受到自我概念清晰性的调节;随着大学生自我概念清晰性的提高,无聊倾向对手机依赖的预测敏感度有所提升;高自我概念清晰性大学生的无聊倾向对手机依赖的显著预测,部分是通过显著降低的时间效能感实现的。

A questionnaire survey about psychological measurement was conducted among 410 university students to explore the relationship between their boredom tendency and their dependence on mobile phones as well as the function mechanism of self-concept clarity and the sense of time efficacy.The results are as follows.The boredom tendency of university students has a significant positive predictive effect on the mobile phone dependence.The relationship between university students' boredom tendency and their dependence on mobile phones is moderated by their self-concept clarity.With the improvement of self-concept clarity of university students,the predictive sensitivity of boredom tendencies to mobile phone dependence has somewhat increased.The boredom tendency of university students with high self-concept clarity has a significant predictive effect on their mobile phone dependence partly through a significantly reduced sense of time efficacy.
