战略博弈分析在重大战略问题研究中发挥着重要作用。就军事战略博弈研讨系统中使用的SWOT-CLPV矩阵分析模式进行了详细介绍,并辅助以目标与行动关联分析,形成了从战略目标决策到战略措施行动选择的完整战略分析框架。该分析框架按照定性与定量相结合的思维方法,利用SWOT-CLPV矩阵分析、思维导图和层次分析法等工具,有效提高了战略博弈分析方法的科学性和战略研究成果的质量。

Strategic game analysis plays an important role in the study of major strategic issues. In this paper, the SWOT-CLPV matrix analysis model used in the military strategic game research system is introduced in detail, and the analysis of the relation between objective and action is assisted to form a complete strategic analysis framework from strategic goal decision-making to strategic measures action selection. According to the method of combination of qualitative and quantitative thinking, the analytical framework uses SWOT-CLPV matrix analysis, mind mapping and AHP to effectively improve the scientific nature of strategic game analysis and the quality of strategic research results.
