摘要
针对舰艇编队信息系统体系贡献率涉及多目标决策、多种因素影响等综合评估问题,提出了一种基于模糊层次分析的编队信息系统体系贡献率评估方法。通过编队典型作战任务能力需求分析,构建了任务、能力、指标的多层关联矩阵,提出了评估指标体系及权重值计算方法,利用不同指标的模糊隶属度函数定量计算模糊关系评价矩阵,采用模糊评判得出综合评估结果。最后,分析了体系贡献率的案例。
In allusion to the problem that contribution rate evaluation of naval battle group information system has highly complexity and great difficulty, a fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method for contribution rate evaluation is proposed. The mission of naval battle group information system is analyzed, and the multi-level correlation matrix of task ,ability and index is constructed. The index system and weight model are established, while the contribution ratio evaluation result is calculated by using Fuzzy membership function and the Fuzzy evaluation matrix. An example shows the evaluation process for contribution rate evaluation problem.
